Webex is a platform that allows interactive, online training courses in real time. Webex uses a VoIP system for audio communication. Therefore, you should use a headset with a microphone, to avoid disturbing background noise and feedback effects.
If you cannot attend the live webinar, you still have the possibility to view the recording of the course over the next 7 days. The recording can be viewed infinitely during this period.
Once you have registered for a webinar, this appears in the list of your booked courses. 2 hours prior to course begin all participants will receive a login link. If you are using Webex for the first time, you will need to install some plugins before the course starts.
After the webinar, each participant receives the script and a link to the stored webinar recording.
